Natalia Andrea Castro Pulgarín es una clarinetista colombiana con una sólida trayectoria artística y académica. Es Máster en Interpretación de la Música Clásica y Contemporánea del Centro Superior de Música Liceu (España), donde fue alumna del maestro Darío Mariño. También es Magíster en Educación por la Universidad de Manizales (Colombia) y realizó su Artist Diploma en la OAcademy de la Youth Orchestra of the Americas bajo la tutoría de Michael Webster. Obtuvo su título de Maestro en Música en la Universidad de Caldas (Colombia), guiada por el maestro Fredy Mauricio Pinzón. 

Ha participado en diversos festivales internacionales, entre ellos el Festival de Invierno de Campos de Jordão (Brasil), el Festival Internacional de Música Portillo (Chile), el Segundo Congreso Internacional de Música para Banda (Medellín), el Otún Clarinet Fest (Pereira) y los Encuentros Regionales de Clarinetes de Caldas (Manizales). 

Actualmente se desempeña como clarinetista principal de la Banda Sinfónica de Pereira (Colombia) y como profesora de clarinete en el Centro Cultural Lucy Tejada.

Clarinetist – Colombia 

Natalia Andrea Castro Pulgarín is a Colombian clarinetist with a solid artistic and academic background. She holds a Master’s degree in Classical and Contemporary Music Performance from the Liceu Superior Conservatory of Music in Barcelona (Spain), where she studied under Maestro Darío Mariño. She also holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Manizales (Colombia) and completed her Artist Diploma at OAcademy, the Youth Orchestra of the Americas, under the mentorship of Michael Webster. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Music from the University of Caldas (Colombia), studying with Maestro Fredy Mauricio Pinzón. 

She has participated in numerous international festivals, including the Winter Festival of Campos de Jordão (Brazil), the Portillo International Music Festival (Chile), the Second International Congress of Band Music (Medellín), the Otún Clarinet Fest (Pereira), and the Regional Clarinet Meetings of Caldas (Manizales). 

Currently, she is the principal clarinetist of the Pereira Symphonic Band (Colombia) and clarinet professor at the Lucy Tejada Cultural Center.
