Following the release of synthetic reeds for alto saxophone in January 2025, here are the reeds for tenor saxophone!
Two models are available: VK1 Traditional and VK7 Jazz.<\/p>\n

VK1 synthetic reeds<\/strong> guarantee classical saxophonists consistent and reliable playability without compromising sound quality. The Vk reeds for saxophone are made of a composite material specially developped by Vandoren. It is the result of 7 years of research.<\/p>\n

This composite fiber material does not imitate the structure of cane.
It reproduces its essential physical characteristics to obtain the same acoustic behavior.<\/p>\n

The VK reed strenghts correspond to a 1\/6 of a cane reed strength (see below)<\/p>\n

Two reeds of the same strength are strictly identical : unparalleled consistency resulting in reliable stregth, sound, articulation, projection and high note stability.<\/p>\n
