Chen Jie, Doctor of Musicology, is an Associate Professor at the School of Music and Dance, Gansu Normal University for Nationalities. He also serves as Executive Director of the Saxophone Committee of China Popular Music Association and Director of Gansu Wind Music Art Professional Committee.
Graduating from the College of Music, Kangwon National University in South Korea, he studied under Professor Sungho Cho (former Principal Wind Player of the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, Nonaka Selmer Artist, and current Wind Music Professor at Kangwon National University).
With over two decades of teaching experience in Gansu Province, he has successfully planned and organized numerous saxophone academic events and recitals, and published several scholarly papers in journals at all levels. Through long-term teaching practice, he has accumulated profound pedagogical experience, nurturing many students who have been admitted to prestigious music institutions at home and abroad. His dedicated efforts have made remarkable contributions to the popularization of wind music culture and the cultivation of wind music talents in Gansu Province.
陈杰 音乐学博士,甘肃民族师范学院音乐舞蹈学院副教授,中国大众音乐协会萨克斯管委员会常务理事,甘肃省管乐艺术专业委员会理事。毕业于韩国国立江原大学音乐学院,师从于조성호 Sungho Cho教授(日本东京爱乐乐团前首席演奏家、Nonaka Selmer艺术家、现韩国国立江原大学管乐教授)。
在甘肃省二十余年的执教生涯中,成功策划举办了数次萨克斯管专业学术活动与演奏会,并在各级刊物发表学术论文数篇。在长期的教学过程中,积累了丰富的教学经验,培养多名学生顺利考入国内外知名高等音乐学府。为甘肃省管乐文化普及与管乐音乐人才的培养做出了积极贡献。
