Mering Mikhail

Mikhail Mering was born in 1991. In 2014 he finished Moscow State Institute of Music named under A.G. Schnittke under Prof. Ivan Mozgovenko and Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Versailles under Prof. Philippe Cuper.
Mikhail Mering is a member of The Vladimir Spivakov International Charity Foundation from 2001. In 2002 and 2008 he was a participant of the International Festival in Colmar (France). In 2003 he was a participant of the concert in Theatre «Chatelet» (Paris).In 2009 Mikhail was a participant of Oleg Kagan Music Festival (Kreuth, Germany). He also was of participant of the concerts in Russia, Hungary, Germany, Italy, Spain, Serbia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Japan, Denmark, Israel, USA, France etc. Mikhail Mering followed Master classes with Matthias Müller, Antonio Saiote, etc.
Mikhail was a soloist of “Moscow Virtuosi” Chamber Orchestra, The National Philharmonic of Russia, Tchaikovsky Symphony Orchestra, Georgian Chamber Orchestra, Tokyo Symphony Orchestra etc.
In 2011 Mikhail became a winner of Third Moscow Conservatory International Music Competition for woodwinds instruments (2 prize and special prize for best performanse of contemporary piece; 1 prize are not awarded).
In 2014 he got the third prize in Second Jacques Lancelot International Clarinet Competition in Japan.
In 2015 he got the first prize in Bela Kovacs International Clarinet Competition.
In January 2015 Mikhail Mering got the post as a second clarinet soloist, also playing Es-clarinet at the orchestra of «Bolshoi» Theatre of Russia.
Mikhail Mering is a laureate of the National Young Award of Russia «Triumph». He plays the clarinet, presented by Maestro Vladimir Spivakov.
