Petite clarinette solo de l’Orchestre National de France depuis 2006, Jessica Bessac a auparavant suivi ses études au Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Lyon, dans la classe de Jacques Di Donato et Robert Bianciotto. C’est là qu’elle choisit la clarinette Mib comme spécialité. Elle reçoit pour son prix de sortie une mention Très Bien à l’unanimité. Dès cette période, elle a la chance d’enrichir son expérience de musicienne d’orchestre à l’Orchestre National de Lyon, l’Orchestre National de l’Opéra de Paris ou encore l’Orchestre de Paris.

En 2005, elle remporte la place de petite clarinette solo de l’Orchestre National d’Ile de France. Elle intégrera l’Orchestre National de France un an plus tard, sous la direction de Kurt Masur. Elle a travaillé avec des chefs de grand renom, comme Seiji Osawa, Riccardo Muti, Sir Colin Davis, David Zinman, Daniele Gatti… Et s’est produite dans des salles prestigieuses comme le Musikverein de Vienne, le Royal Albert Hall de Londres, la Scala de Milan ou le Carnegie Hall de New-York.

Pendant presque 10 ans, elle a enseigné dans plusieurs conservatoires de la Ville de Paris.

Depuis 2018, elle est invitée à intégrer le prestigieux Lucerne Festival Orchestra, sous la direction de Riccardo Chailly.

Principal Eb clarinet of the Orchestre National de Francesince 2006, Jessica Bessac has previously studied at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique Lyon,with  Jacques Di Donato and Robert Bianciotto. This is where she chose the Eb clarinet as a specialty and she graduated with the highest distinction. From this period, she has the chance to enrich her experience as an orchestral musician with the Orchestre National de Lyon, the Orchestre National de l’Opéra de Paris or the Orchestre de Paris.

In 2005, she won the seat of Principal Eb clarinet of the Orchestre National d’Ile de France. She will join the Orchestre National de France a year later, under the direction of Kurt Masur. She has worked with renowned conductors such as Seiji Osawa, Riccardo Muti, Sir Colin Davis, David Zinman and Daniele Gatti … and has performed in prestigious concert halls such as the Vienna Musikverein, the Royal Albert Hall in London , the Scala of Milan or the Carnegie Hall of New York…

For almost 10 years, she taught in several conservatories in Paris.

Since 2018, she has been invited to join the prestigious Lucerne Festival Orchestra, under the direction of Riccardo Chailly.
